Notices have been posted in the Pro Shop and clubhouse today (12 August) inviting entries from members of the Gents section to the Club Mixed Foursomes competition. This event was postponed from June and will now take place on Sunday 17 October starting at 1pm.

The RMGC Council hopes that this will be an enjoyable, end of season event bringing members of the Ladies and Gents sections together for a golfing and social occasion. There will be a meal in the dining-room after the competition and participants will be required to contribute £5 towards the cost of this.

Jacket and tie are required for the meal.

The existing trophy for this competition is very small and it would not be appropriate to add more bases to it. A new trophy is therefore being made for presentation to the annual winners of this event. So if you wish to be one of the first winners of this new trophy, get your entry in now!
